YOUNG HARRIS, Ga.  – The Young Harris College women's tennis team defeated Carson-Newman College 8-1 in a non-conference match Friday (April 6) afternoon at the YHC Tennis Complex.

The Mountain Lions won for the ninth time in the past 10 matches as they improved to 12-4. The Eagles fell to 6-9. Young Harris returns to action April 14 when they travel to Carrollton, Ga., for a 1 p.m. match against the University of West Georgia.
