Kennesaw State snaps Young Harris win streak at eight

MARRIETTA, Ga.  – Kennesaw State University snapped Young Harris College's eight-match win streak as the Owls defeated the Mountain Lions 6-1 in a women's tennis match at Fair Oak Tennis Center Friday (March 30) morning.

Kennesaw State improved to 9-6 while Young Harris fell to 11-4. The Mountain Lions return to action Wednesday (April 4) when they travel to Dahlonega, Ga., for a 2 p.m. contest against North Georgia College & State University.

Lina Parra Pava and Stormy Dvorak won the lone match for the Mountain Lions at No. 3 doubles with an 8-2 victory over Jana Hueckinghaus and Tamara Plocher.
