Tennis matches against Mercer postponed by weather

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – The Young Harris College men's and women's tennis matches scheduled for Sunday (Feb. 12) against Mercer University at the YHC Tennis Complex have been postponed due to frigid temperatures and the possibility of bad weather hitting the area this weekend.

The matches will be rescheduled for later this season.

The women's team will return to action Feb. 18 with a 1 p.m. match against the University of West Georgia at the YHC Tennis Complex while the men's team will return a day later when Young Harris travels to Huntsville, Ala., for a 1 p.m. Central time match against the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
