Presbyterian takes 6-1 win over Young Harris

CLINTON, S.C. – Presbyterian College defeated Young Harris College 6-1 in a women's tennis match played Tuesday (Feb. 7) at the Templeton Tennis Courts.

The NCAA Division I Blue Hose improved to 1-2 while the Mountain Lions fell to 3-3. Young Harris returns to action Sunday (Feb. 12) at 1 p.m. when they host Mercer University at the YHC Tennis Courts.

"We played well in patches, but it was always going to be an uphill battle when we lost the doubles point," said Young Harris head coach Jacob Turner. "I am glad that we were competitive in every match. I am looking forward to seeing continued improvement when we face Mercer at home on Sunday."
