Rain forces changes to softball schedule

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. - With rain expected to hit the area this weekend, Young Harris College softball coach Eric Geldart announced the Mountain Lions' road games against Erskine College and Newberry College have been postponed.

The doubleheader against the Flying Fleet that was scheduled for Saturday (Feb. 18) has been rescheduled for 3:30 p.m. April 16 in Due West, S.C. The games against the Wolves  that were to have been played Sunday (Feb. 19) will now be played at 1 p.m. April 15 in Newberry, S.C.

Young Harris (4-2) returns to the diamond Tuesday (Feb. 21) when they travel to Greeneville, Tenn., for a 2 p.m. doubleheader.
