YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – Baseball player Jack Morrow has been named the Young Harris College Mountain Lion Athlete of the Week ending April 22.

Morrow, a 6-foot-0 sophmore catcher/infielder from Carneys Point, N.J., led the Mountain Lions to three wins last week as he batted .714 (5-for-7) with two home runs and 9 RBI. Four of his hits went for extra bases as he slugged  1.857 for the week.

Morrow hit two home runs and drove in a college-record eight runs in Young Harris' 15-0 series-opening win over Hiwassee College.

The Mountain Lions close out their home schedule with a 5 p.m. contest against No. 7-ranked Tennessee Wesleyan College Wednesday (April 25) at Zell B. Miller Field.
